I cannot believe that 2016 is almost over. This was
definitely a great year. Food wise, we saw all the cauliflower, toast the
lawyer's pitter (it's popular, but still), donut stores and grab smoothies
everywhere bowls. So what is in advance for 2017? I publishers asked what
healthy eating trends they see for the next year on the horizon. This is what
we expect will be hot next year.
1. Bean Pasta
Although 2016 was the year of the pulse, grain is still more in 2017, we tested without grain grain noodles (bean flour only), which are really high in protein and fiber. Expect many of them on the shelves this year, all Edamame spaghetti fusilli to see chickpeas and lentils elbow black beans rotini.

2. Fermentation
Although fermented foods were really large in 2016, we
believe that esta will only grow further. Good health is a hot topic and people
eat sauerkraut, kimchee and other fermented vegetables more than ever before.
Expect to see more fermented products in the supermarket and in the menus.
3. Veggie chips
Forget genuine vegetarian snacks in them have almost everything
vegetables. We saw a lot of companies doing vegetable chips with only
vegetables, oil and some salt. Red turnip green cabbage, vegetable naps, we
believe this pop up on the shelves in your area. You can make your own kale
single past, rosary, sweet potatoes and home turnip with healthy recipes in the
original.
4. Algae
Algae are low in calories and rich in nutrients, so we look
forward to seeing them in more and more food. You can buy snacks on the base of
seaweed, enjoy sushi night and spread on the cereal baskets, such as fried tuna
tatami quinoa bowl.
5. Alternative Sugars
We have seen more and more alternative white sugar foods,
such as coconut sugar and sugar date. Everyone has their own unique taste
profile. We hope that the switching these sugars also use less factors. To
which all sugars is not good for your glucose, heart or size.
6. Find Jerky
Using protein the nutrient of the day snacks are always
packaged that provide on proteins. While we appreciate dried meat for the
protein rich content and only ingredient list, we see grass fed options, the
lamb jerks and jerks influx of (mostly salmon) fish and seafood. All like dried
meat check the sodium you are not going to get rid of the sea.
7. Bone Broth
While the bone broth has been around, we do not believe this
is still culminating. More and more companies store shelves of the grocery
stores with bone broth and you can also buy it in coffee shops and juice bars
nationwide. Claims That All Solid Bone Leaky Well the wrinkles are not
supported by science, but it can still be part of a healthy diet.
8. Turmeric
Turmeric has been going to climb the charts in 2016 seta
spice healthy, but does not go anywhere in 2017. Often seasoned turmeric in
Indian recipes and contains cur cumin, a super-healthy compound (more health
benefits here). Expect to see more drinks spicy turmeric and dinner, as well as
show in turmeric growing sales.
9. Eat Vegan
Power plants more and more in fashion, and for a good
reason. Leaving meat, dairy products and eggs can help you lose weight,
maintain healthy and live longer heart. And if you do not imagine your life
without cheese or meat, you can still embrace part-time vegan diet and eat more
plants. We think we will see more vegan foods on the shelves in grocery seta
year, but fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and whole grain products are healthy
vegan braces to eat more. Refuel with our vegan meal plan 22 days.
10. Muesli basins
Muesli dishes are not new in 2017, but this is a healthy
diet style that we do not believe disappear. Muesli baskets start with a whole
grain, layer on a lot of vegetables, a protein and a delicious sauce - the
possibilities are endless taste. These bowls make it easy to delight palates
and various diets (diabetes vegan friendly) because everyone says what they
want. Muesli basins can usually be prepared in advance so that they are perfect
for lunch or dinner per week. Give these recipes bowl of healthy cereal trial
this year.
